About the Job:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Software Implementation Project Manager. As a key member of our FMD team, you will play a crucial role in supporting enterprise systems and driving quality within a project organization. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of first-hand experience in leading cross-functional, large scope, and highly integrated software implementation programs. A Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience is also required for this role. The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Responsibilities:
As a Software Implementation Project Manager, your key responsibilities will include driving, tracking, and supporting the execution of the FMD program implementation roadmap and managing sprint releases. You will define program plans and provide oversight of tasks and action items, monitor, review, and adjust project progress and timelines as needed. Support development of requirements and proposals for improved process and system solutions is also a critical aspect of this role. Providing support for external projects where FMD input is required and supporting assessment of gaps between current systems/processes and business needs are additional duties that you will undertake.
Qualifications:
Strong project leadership skills combined with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. Additionally, you should have exceptional attention to detail and a deep understanding of project, program, and portfolio planning and delivery. Strong business insight and customer focus are also critical aspects of this role. A Bachelor's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
