Job Title: GIS Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled GIS Analyst to join our team at Amerit Consulting. As a GIS Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients in the energy sector by providing expert analysis and mapping services.

Job Summary:

The GIS Analyst will be responsible for performing various tasks related to geographic information systems, including data analysis, mapping, and spatial analysis. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform data analysis and mapping using ESRI ArcMap and other GIS software
  • Develop and maintain spatial databases and data models
  • Conduct spatial analysis and create maps to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as geography, computer science, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in GIS analysis and mapping
  • Proficiency in ESRI ArcMap and other GIS software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
