Total Site Solutions is in search of a dedicated and skilled individual to fill the role of Critical Environment Specialist II. This position is vital for the seamless and profitable execution of our construction projects, emphasizing the importance of exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication abilities and a solid understanding of various testing instruments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the proper operation, maintenance, and servicing of all critical equipment, adhering to company policies and manufacturer guidelines.
- Ensure that all facilities and equipment maintain the highest standards of safety, security, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
- Provide timely verbal and written reports to the Regional Manager or CET III regarding the status of critical systems and ongoing preventive maintenance.
- Manage tools, parts, materials, and supplies to ensure adequate inventory for routine repairs and maintenance of critical systems.
- Act as Total Site Solutions' representative in all job site-related matters in the absence of the Program Manager or CET III.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
- Develop and uphold Building Operating Protocols.
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of facility procedures, including Preventive Maintenance and Quality Control Plans.
- Communicate effectively with clients and Total Site Solutions personnel to ensure a clear understanding of service status.
- Implement Quality Control Inspection Procedures and monitor performance requirements.
- Schedule and oversee equipment repair procedures and subcontractor services.
- Prepare and submit necessary reports and correspondence to the Program Manager and clients.

Work Environment
The Critical Environment Specialist II role involves frequent physical activity, including sitting, standing, kneeling, and lifting objects weighing over 50 lbs. The position requires movement through various environments, including equipment areas and confined spaces, and may involve travel for service and training.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required; a certification or degree in a related field is preferred.
- Experience in electrical or HVAC systems is preferred.
- Three to five years of experience in the maintenance of mission-critical infrastructure systems is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Proactive approach to documentation and planning.
