Job Description

About the Role

Achieving True Self is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in delivering evidence-based treatment to our young clients, helping them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Design and implement ABA treatment plans, providing training and supervision to BCBA supervisees and Registered Behavior Technicians.
  • Monitor treatment progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to care.
  • Provide training and support to parents and caregivers to help them implement treatment plans in their daily lives.

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate of $60-80 per hour for direct, billable hours, and $15.00 per hour for indirect hours.
  • A sign-on bonus of $5000 for full-time BCBA's and $3500 for part-time BCBA's after successful completion of 400 and 275 billable hours within 6 months, respectively.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a Health Reimbursement Account to assist with out-of-pocket expenses.

Requirements

  • A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field and Board Certification as a BCBA.
  • Licensure as a Behavior Specialist/Analyst.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and other professionals.
  • A valid driver's license and good driving record.
