Clarvida - Idaho is seeking a skilled Medical Crisis Intervention Specialist to join our team at the Adult Crisis Center. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide direct medical and programmatic care to clients experiencing a behavioral health crisis.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct medical care to clients, including assessing and treating minor medical issues
- Develop and implement goal-directed plans of care for clients
- Participate in client healthcare education and provide oversight to personnel providing medical care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to de-escalate, treat, and stabilize behavioral health needs of individuals
- Licensed in Idaho as EMS/EMT, LPN, or RN
- Knowledge of working with severely and chronically mentally ill populations preferred
- Ability to pass background checks, including Enhanced Fingerprinting with ID DHW
