About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Renaissance Milwaukee West. As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Creating and serving innovative cocktails, using your knowledge of mixology trends and techniques
  • Assisting in the creation of new recipes and menu items, aligned with our brand values
  • Engaging with guests, using your observation and intuition to describe beverages and assist in selection
  • Preparing in-house made syrups, tinctures, bitters, and other bar ingredients
  • Operating the cash register, handling cash and credit transactions, and maintaining accurate records
  • Setting up and breaking down the bar, maintaining a clean and sanitized area

Requirements

To be successful as a Bartender at Renaissance Milwaukee West, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of bartending experience, with a City of Wauwatosa Bartender's License required within the first 30 days of employment
  • Wine, beer, and spirits knowledge, with a passion for mixology and creating unique experiences
