Position Overview:

  • Support the Head Coach in organizing and overseeing all training sessions, competitions, and team-related activities.
  • Ensure adherence to athletic governing body regulations and the institution's mission.
  • Oversee equipment management, including uniforms and gear.
  • Facilitate effective communication with parents and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of team members and competition outcomes.
  • Supervise the proper handling and storage of athletic equipment.
  • Collaborate with the Head Coach and Athletic Director on program-related matters.
  • Assist in the management of the Junior Varsity program.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of FBI fingerprinting and Safe Environment training.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sports.
  • Experience in a coordinating role is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities.
  • Ability to instruct and exemplify core values to student athletes.
  • Proficient communication and organizational skills.
  • Physical capability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds.

This role involves the coordination, training, and supervision of athletes. Effective communication with various stakeholders is essential.
