Position Summary:
  • Responsible for the safe and timely handling, dispensing, delivery, and return of raw materials utilized in antibody production.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff in the receiving and shipping processes for Custom Antibody Services, including conducting inventory cycle counts.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick, stage, and deliver raw materials for production.
  • Execute inventory transactions using the ERP system.
  • Utilize RF scanners for inventory management.
  • Perform material put-away activities for incoming products and intermediate manufactured goods.
  • Manage point-of-use inventory effectively.
  • Conduct cycle counts as necessary.
  • Maintain and adjust inventories through computer transactions accurately.
  • Organize incoming products in designated areas.
  • Process receiving and shipping orders via an ERP system.
  • Conduct incoming inspections on received items.
  • Verify incoming supplies by matching packing slips with purchase orders.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties, including package tracing, warehouse transfers, and order packing.
  • Create and maintain weekly shipping and receiving schedules.
  • Gather and report logistics metrics for the department.
  • Drive process and inventory improvements through root cause analysis of discrepancies.
  • Consistently utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety gear.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace by applying 5S principles.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in operating a personal computer and software related to material handling and logistics.
  • Mathematical skills suitable for cycle counting and job-specific tasks.
  • Ability to work safely with chemical and biological materials, including hazardous substances.
  • Demonstrated integrity, intensity, innovation, and involvement.
  • Capability to accurately complete all receiving and shipping documentation.
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic.
  • High proficiency in departmental operations.
  • Ability to understand and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Standard Work Instructions (SWIs).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to collaborate within a team towards shared objectives.
  • Capacity to work independently.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Education and Work Experience:
