Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custodian - Student Cleaner to join our team at West Ada School District. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and healthy environment for our students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain classrooms, hallways, offices, and other areas of the school
  • Operate cleaning equipment, including vacuums, mops, and brooms
  • Restock supplies and materials as needed
  • Assist with special events and projects as required
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Working Conditions

This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions. The Custodian - Student Cleaner will be required to work in a variety of settings, including classrooms, hallways, and outdoor areas. The position also requires the ability to work in a team environment and to communicate effectively with staff, students, and visitors.
