The Role
We're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at our Santa Anita Mall store. As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our brand, creating personalized connections with customers and guiding their shopping journey. You'll be responsible for maintaining a visually appealing store environment, ensuring merchandise is well-organized and easily accessible to customers. You'll also collaborate with your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support our store's operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Connect with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Offer personalized styling recommendations and product knowledge to enhance the customer experience
  • Use technology to stay informed on company priorities and promotions, and provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience
  • Partner with store leaders to achieve individual goals and daily expectations
  • Build productive relationships with colleagues by sharing ideas and being helpful
Requirements
  • Sales Associate or customer-focused experience (preferred)
  • Brings a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Technology proficiency and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
  • Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
