Certified Nursing Assistant Opportunity in Hillsboro Oregon

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at ATC Portland. The successful candidate will provide direct care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and compassionate CNA to grow with our organization.
Compensation & BenefitsThe Certified Nursing Assistant position offers a competitive salary of $25 per hour. In addition to the hourly wage, benefits include:

The CNA will be responsible for:
- Providing activities of daily living, including ambulation, personal hygiene, and restorative care
- Monitoring vital signs and collecting specimens as needed
- Reporting changes in a resident's condition to a nurse promptly
- Documenting nursing care provided to ensure adherence to the care plan
- Ensuring residents are comfortable and their needs are met
- Performing duties in a competent and caring manner
- Maintaining strong relationships with colleagues
- Maintaining confidentiality of resident information
- Performing assigned tasks according to acceptable standards of practice
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Successful completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant course
- At least one year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- Familiarity with basic medical terms and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- First aid and CPR certification
