Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of four years of experience in Cardiac Nuclear Medicine PET/CT.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.
  • Commitment to training for the Clinical Accounts Manager role.
  • CT Certification is mandatory.

The Clinical Accounts Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective clinical and technical operations at each of our Cardiac PET clients, whether they utilize mobile or fixed equipment.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations on new client clinical and technical launches.
  • Engage directly with clients, including administrators, physicians, nuclear medicine technologists, and nursing staff, to facilitate a seamless startup process.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the Cardiac PET system and maintain technologist proficiency.
  • Provide training for physicians on the technical and clinical aspects of Cardiac PET.
  • Ensure adherence to ALARA principles among client personnel.
  • Work closely with the CDL Director of Operations and Project Managers.
  • Oversee the ongoing operations of the Cardiac PET laboratory, ensuring staff comfort with processes.
  • Support objectives related to patient care, personnel management, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a staff technologist for CDL PET and CDL Hybrid accounts as needed.
  • Deliver regular updates on progress and challenges to clients and management.
  • Conduct ongoing training for clinical and technical advancements and new client personnel.
  • Visit client facilities to assess technologist and physician satisfaction.
  • Uphold CDL's business and patient confidentiality standards.
  • Assist in training new employees and colleagues.
  • Adhere to CDL's commitment to "Best Appropriate Patient Care".
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Nuclear Medicine required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Board certification by NMTCB and/or AART is essential.
  • At least four years of experience in Cardiac PET Nuclear Medicine and CT certification required.
  • Demonstrated creativity in enhancing work processes and completing assigned tasks.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, organizational, and clinical/technical training skills.
  • Professionalism and composure in handling conflicts and emergencies, with adaptability to change.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet new clients and oversee clinical and technical aspects of each project.
