Full-Time Cashier-Receptionist Opportunity

Sunset Chevrolet-Buick-GMC, a proud member of the Sunset Automotive Group family of dealerships, is seeking a friendly and helpful Cashier-Receptionist to join our team. As the first and last point of contact for many valued clients and guests, we are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, answering incoming calls, processing payments, and performing various office and clerical duties. Although automotive experience is not necessary, customer service and general office experience are required. Previous experience with a multi-line phone is highly beneficial.

The typical schedule is Tuesday-Friday 8:30-5:30 and Saturday 8-4, with no Sundays or late evenings. If you think you could provide a positive experience and stay on top of other clerical tasks, we would love to speak with you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Process payments and record them in our accounting software
  • File and perform other office/clerical work as needed
  • Multi-task, stay organized, and follow-through on tasks
