Job Description:Responsibilities:

  • Instructional Leadership:
    • Develop and implement effective instructional strategies.
    • Provide targeted support to students at risk.
    • Collaborate with teachers to monitor student progress.
    • Maintain accurate records of interventions and progress monitoring.
  • Strategic Planning:
    • Design and deliver engaging learning activities.
    • Prioritize and manage resources effectively.
    • Prepare reports on student progress and services.
  • Resource Management:
    • Participate in meetings and update records accurately.
    • Select and adapt instructional resources to meet diverse needs.
    • Use technology to enhance instruction.
  • Advocacy:
    • Stay updated on subject area developments.
    • Implement relevant changes to instructional plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
  • Valid Louisiana Teaching Certification or eligibility.
  • At least 2 years of teaching experience in a high school setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of an integrated team.
