About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and ensure that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, promote products, and maintain a positive store atmosphere.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
Requirements
  • Age 18 or older (21 in certain states)
  • Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction
