What We Do
As a Transformational Project Leader at Slalom Consulting, you will play a critical role in shaping our clients' futures. Your expertise will be invaluable in guiding project milestones, creating roadmaps, and managing initiatives. You will collaborate with clients to uncover business needs and develop strategic plans to address them.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and lead the execution of all aspects of client projects, including timelines, resources, scope, budget, risks/issues, and communication.
  • Be responsible and accountable for project success, keeping the team and client stakeholders aligned to desired business outcomes.
  • Work in an Agile framework, facilitating the effort of scrum teams to iteratively develop new product features.
  • Guide team members and customers to meet and exceed delivery commitments.
  • Model collaborative behaviors and engage in productive conflict.
  • Proactively contribute to building team vision and strategy.

Requirements
Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience providing consulting services in managing and leading project teams to achieve desired outcomes. Core skills that align to Project Management capabilities, including schedule, scope, and resource management, are essential. Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid is also required, bringing best practice, structure, and rigor to client engagements.
