Job Title: Guest Room Attendant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Guest Room Attendant to join our team at Caesars Entertainment. As a Guest Room Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional housekeeping services to our guests, ensuring their rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-stocked.

Responsibilities:

* Clean and maintain guest rooms, including changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking amenities
* Ensure all areas of the room are clean and tidy, including the bathroom, closet, and any other designated areas
* Restock linens, towels, and other amenities as needed
* Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the supply closet and linen cart
* Make room checks at designated times to ensure rooms are vacant or occupied
* Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are cleaned and maintained to a high standard

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* One year of experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies
* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Work Environment:

* Guest rooms located in a high-rise hotel
* Exposed to all temperatures, some excessive noise, dust, fumes, and cleaning chemicals
* Use of elevators, stairs, and escalators

Physical Demands:

* Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies
* Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk between rooms
* Ability to bend, stoop, and reach to clean and maintain rooms
