Position Overview:
The Room Attendant plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guest accommodations are kept clean, comfortable, and inviting. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional service to all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meticulously clean and maintain guest rooms in accordance with established standards.
• Prepare for cleaning by organizing guest supplies, cleaning materials, and linens for the housekeeping cart.
• Efficiently remove waste and soiled linens from guest rooms and common areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in hallways, public spaces, and storage areas.
• Restock the housekeeping cart to ensure readiness for the next day’s operations.
• Replenish cleaning chemical supplies as needed.
• Notify the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager of any missing items from guest rooms.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Manage lost and found items in accordance with company policies.
• Strive to enhance overall guest satisfaction through attentive service.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred, along with experience in hospitality or a related field.
• Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally, and 20 pounds frequently.
• Capability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on friendly and courteous interactions with guests and team members.

Salary Range: $16.00 - $16.50 per hour
