Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process receiving paperwork for incoming products
  • Prepare and send invoices and billing for store deliveries
  • Monitor and manage trip leave times
  • Provide customer service assistance to customers, drivers, and vendors
  • Perform general clerical duties
  • Attend work regularly and maintain an acceptable attendance level
  • Plan and prioritize work load to meet department and organizational needs
  • Follow instructions promptly and efficiently, taking initiative when appropriate
  • Communicate frequently with supervisor to alert status of ongoing operations
  • Perform various logistic department-related functions and assignments
Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
  • Prior warehouse clerical experience

  • Understanding of warehouse equipment operations and safety issues
