Key Responsibilities- Design and manage pipeline projects to client and regulatory requirements.
- Manage small to mid-size projects to schedule and budget.
- Keep management advised of all quality, schedule, and budget variances in a timely manner.
- Manage subordinate or other discipline resources to quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
- Prepare project documents and reports.
- Maintain project files.
- Create and enforce project quality plans.
- Data and document entry into various platforms.
- Report safety, health, and quality issues to management.
- Prepare contract amendments, change order documentation, and claims documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and MicroStation.
- Knowledge of applicable codes and standards.
- Knowledge of Primavera P6 schedule analysis.
- Familiar with discipline-specific design software and design management systems.
- Knowledge of standard format specification development.
- Previous experience managing a large number of small deadlines.
- Must exhibit great communication skills and be able to speak internally and with clients clearly and effectively.
- Entrepreneurial/business-minded individual is preferred.
- Must be adaptable to new concepts and able to learn them quickly.
- Must have experience with and be effective at managing project schedules and keeping projects on task to meet client deadlines.
- Four-year technical degree from an ABET-accredited institution.
- Three plus years of relevant experience.
- EIT required.
The starting base pay for this role is between $80,000 and $92,000. The actual base pay depends upon many factors, such as education, experience, and skills. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
