Position Overview

The Engineering for Professionals division at In Time Tec is seeking qualified candidates for online, part-time faculty roles across various master's degree programs.

As an adjunct faculty member, you will be responsible for delivering online courses, which may be conducted either asynchronously or synchronously, to part-time master's degree candidates in professional fields.

Support for grading will be provided for instructors managing larger classes.

The highly regarded online programs at In Time Tec integrate the rigor of traditional academic offerings with practical applications in engineering and applied sciences.

Instructors will provide cutting-edge knowledge and real-world skills in collaborative and interactive learning environments, allowing students to build lasting professional networks while balancing their work and academic commitments.

Enhance your professional skills and experience, connect with students and colleagues in your field, and contribute to an innovative academic community.

Instructors are expected to become familiar with existing course materials, assess student work, and engage with students through weekly office hours, responding to inquiries, and participating in online discussions.

Note: Instructors for asynchronous courses may not have synchronous responsibilities beyond office hours. There may also be opportunities to develop online course materials with assistance from instructional design and technology staff.

Orientation for online course instruction will be provided. Compensation is competitive within the online course instructor pay scale.

Qualifications: A master's degree and relevant industry experience are required; a doctoral degree and prior teaching experience are highly preferred. Candidates with experience working with diverse professionals are strongly encouraged to apply.
