Key Responsibilities
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care by:
- Assessing patient needs and formulating nursing diagnoses
- Establishing goals and planning interventions
- Implementing care strategies and evaluating patient outcomes

In your professional practice, you will be responsible for maintaining quality, cost-effectiveness, and positive guest relations. You will provide patient care in accordance with hospital policies and the standards of professional nursing practice as defined by the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Education and Licensure:
- Required:
+ Associate's Degree in Nursing or Diploma
+ Bachelor's in Nursing preferred (BSN required within two years of hire for new employees)
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas
- BLS certification with skills demonstration
- ACLS certification within six months

Experience:
- At least one (1) year of RN experience
- Demonstrated competence in Registered Nurse I performance expectations or meets experience requirements upon hire

Compensation
Pay Range: $52.80/hour
