As a Shuttle Driver with Christian Brothers Automotive, you will play a vital role in providing safe and reliable transportation to and from our shop. This is a part-time position, working 2-5 days per week, with a flexible schedule available.
Responsibilities:- Provide a safe shuttle service for our valued guests, driving them to and from the shop location.
- Drive to pick up automotive parts as needed.
- Treat our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian Brothers.
- Keep a timely shuttle route.
- Assist passengers in getting in and out of vehicles.
- Assist the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts and other errands as needed.
- Notify the service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance.
- Keep the facility clean and organized.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures.
- Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with our staff, vendors, and customers.
- Valid state driver's license.
- Meet required insurance driving record parameters.
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment and a team mentality.
- Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear.
- Occasionally required to balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch.
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
