Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on companies, investors, and markets to identify potential investment opportunities.
  • Attend conferences in the U.S. and internationally to network with industry professionals.
  • Perform outreach to establish new business relationships and maintain existing ones.
  • Analyze financial data and prepare materials, deal summaries, and term sheets.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, analyses, and charts to support business decisions.
  • Project manage internal and external resources to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Assist in due diligence and modeling for M&A activity.
  • Write call reports and maintain the company database.
Requirements
  • General knowledge of capital markets infrastructure and products.
  • Ability to speak confidently and establish new business relationships.
  • Familiarity with financial modeling concepts, such as discounted cash flow analysis.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
