As a Recovery Specialist II, you'll play a vital role in providing care that responds to the physical and psychological needs of our members served.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect services according to individual service plans and Medicaid standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Support members in achieving their recovery goals through education, skill-building, and advocacy.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. and two years of experience in a psychiatric mental health setting, or a BA/BS with one year of experience in a mental health setting.
- Knowledge of basic nursing skills and interventions, as well as mental and physical health conditions and terminologies.
- A current Washington Agency Affiliated Counselor certification, or a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
