We are seeking a highly skilled Product Test Engineer to join our team at Micron Technology. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing, debugging, and maintaining test programs that help deliver our world-class DRAM portfolio to market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of test equipment hardware, device knowledge, and software systems.
- Design, develop, and support test programs from new product introduction phase to high volume manufacturing.
- Write test programs and support scripts in C++ and Python.
- Contribute to the definition of next-generation 'design for test' capabilities.
- Analyze device and test flow data to inform test coverage decisions.
- Balance test time objectives with optimal yield and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design and Product Engineering, Fab, Manufacturing, Yield Enhancement, Global Quality, Systems Integration Group, and Equipment Engineering.
- Developing array core test solutions requires constant learning and technical growth.
- Understanding of hardware fundamentals and programming capability in a major language (C++ or Python) is essential.
- Specific knowledge areas include:
- Basic R/L/C circuit knowledge.
- Digital systems and logic gate representation.
- Understanding of CMOS transistor operation.
- Intermediate to advanced programming capability.
- Basic Unix/Linux environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic statistics and data analytics.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
