Compensation: $30-$37 per hour with a Sign-on Bonus of up to $2,500.00

Lighting Maintenance Inc. (LMI) is on the lookout for an Electrical Technician to join our team. This position entails the upkeep, repair, and installation of electrical and lighting systems within commercial and governmental environments. The successful candidate will possess a solid foundation in electrical work and demonstrate strong troubleshooting capabilities.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid driver's license
  • DOT certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Journeyman's License
  • 4-5 years of experience in electrical work
  • Willingness to adhere to scheduled emergency service calls
  • Experience with blueprints
  • Bucket truck experience or a readiness to learn
  • Strong communication skills

SKILLS:

  • Ability to distinguish colors of wires
  • Understanding of blueprints and schematics
  • Proficient in the use of power tools
  • Safe operation of equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Availability to work 40 hours weekly, including overtime and night shifts as necessary
