Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Behavioral Health Professional to join our team at Corizon Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral health services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Therapeutic Interventions: Perform individual and group therapeutic interventions as appropriate to address the behavioral health needs of our patients.
  • Psychosocial Assessments: Conduct psychosocial assessments and mental health intake evaluations to identify the behavioral health needs of our patients.
  • Risk Assessment and Intervention: Perform risk assessment and intervention to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients.
  • Behavioral Health Consultation: Provide behavioral health consultation to members of the multi-disciplinary clinical team and to correctional personnel as directed.
  • Crisis Intervention and De-escalation: Perform crisis intervention and de-escalation as indicated to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients.
  • Support and Care Coordination: Support and/or direct care coordination efforts for patients returning to the community requiring ongoing behavioral health services.
  • Treatment Planning: Initiate, complete, and maintain patient treatment plans to ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral health services.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
