Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute program plans, schedules, and budgets.

• Oversee quality assurance measures and coordinate corrective actions when necessary.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
• 15 years of experience in program or project management within aerospace manufacturing required.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of aerospace manufacturing processes and systems.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, including the ability to manage stakeholders at all levels.
Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 per year, based on location and experience.
