Job Overview

At Cornerstone Building Brands, we are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team.

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Welder to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

**Responsibilities:**

* Ensure all safety rules and precautions are followed in the manufacturing environment
* Coordinate welder settings, gun speed/travel, and gas flow to achieve high-quality welds
* Read blueprints and tape measures to shop standard
* Decide when adjustments or gun manipulation are needed
* Train and teach proper welding procedures
* Operate overhead cranes and other lifting equipment
* Maintain continuous improvement practices in the work area
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader

**Requirements:**

* Strong knowledge of welding techniques and safety procedures
* Ability to read blueprints and tape measures
* Excellent communication and training skills
* Ability to work in a team environment
* High school diploma or equivalent required
