Endocrinology Professor

We are seeking a highly qualified Endocrinology Professor to join our team at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center El Paso. The successful candidate will contribute to the university's mission through teaching, research, and service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in endocrinology, including in-patient and outpatient services.
- Supervise and teach students and residents in both in-patient and outpatient care settings.
- Engage in research and scholarship to advance scientific knowledge in endocrinology.
- Participate in institutional governance and contribute to the academic community through committee work.
- Contribute to the community through academically-related public service.
- M.D. or D.O. degree.
- Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in the State of Texas.
- Successful completion of ACGME-accredited residency training in internal medicine.
- Successful completion of ACGME-accredited fellowship training in endocrinology, diabetes, and metabolism in the United States.
- Board certification in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
- Board certification in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
- Experience teaching medical students and residents.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Regional or emerging national reputation for the rank of associate professor or higher.
