Job Summary

This Registered Nurse (RN) role is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized care to patients/residents. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate with patients/residents and their families, as well as other healthcare professionals, to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

About the Job
  • Provide direct patient care in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
  • Coordinate patient care, including assessment, education, and interventions
  • Serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to license and unlicensed assistive personnel as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited nursing program
  • At least one year of experience in long-term care, subacute care, or medical/surgical settings
  • An active RN license in the state where you will practice
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. Additionally, we provide benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) retirement plan, work/life balance benefits, and a generous time off package.
