**Job Summary:**

The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing professional nursing care to patients with a wide range of needs, from uncomplicated to highly complex. The RN will establish a helping relationship with patients using a holistic approach, ensuring quality and appropriateness of care for all age groups.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and documenting patient information
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care planning and ensure seamless transitions
* Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

**Requirements:**

* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a BSN or ASN degree
* Current RN licensure in the state of California and BLS certification
* 1 year of experience in acute care, preferably in a medical-surgical or critical care setting
