$20-33/hour (not including prevailing wage)

The Field Resource Technician/Inspections Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of field inspection reporting. This involves completing documents, forms, and data gathering to meet the requirements of our field inspection processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform inspection services in a professional manner, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Complete all required job information promptly and accurately using designated tools and resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with all forms of low-slope roofing systems and Tremco's line of products and proper applications.
  • Review and confirm all work orders scheduled, and complete all safety-related activities using designated tools.
  • Take photos to document phases of work performed on the job.
  • Job Site Inspection Specific:
    • Ensure the specification has been read and will be taken to the project location.
    • Check materials for specification compliance, material type, and proper storage.
    • Walk the roof with the Foreman, addressing proper drainage, staging, application, and details.
    • Observe and document all work being done.

The hourly rate for applicants in this position generally ranges between $20 and $33. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications, operations, needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
