As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and collaborating with healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
This 13-week assignment offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on patients' lives while enjoying the benefits of travel nursing:
- A competitive salary of $$95.00/hour, reflecting the market rate for this position and location;

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Completing thorough nursing assessments of patients and documenting them accurately in their records;
- Communicating effectively with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination;
- Administering medications as prescribed and maintaining accurate documentation;
- Providing medical care in the privacy of patients' homes, requiring regular visits to multiple locations;
- Sharing on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time, demonstrating your commitment to patient needs;
- Performing other duties as assigned, showcasing your adaptability and dedication;
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse, with a minimum of six months of recent Home Health experience;
- A current RN license, valid driver's license, and auto insurance;
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills;
- The ability to read and comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and possess PC skills;
- Physical abilities including remaining in a stationary position, moving about, moving equipment, pushing, pulling, and bending;
- Sensory skills such as visual acuity and effective communication;
