Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Cooking Division. As a key member of our culinary staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals in a fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for someone with strong knife skills, ability to work independently, and excellent teamwork skills. If you have experience working in high-end restaurants and can maintain a clean and organized kitchen, we encourage you to apply.
Main Responsibilities:
- Food Preparation: Prepare all food items as directed in a timely and sanitary manner.
- Kitchen Management: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all sanitation and food production codes.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Line Cook or equivalent role.
- Strong knife skills and ability to prep food daily with minimal supervision.
- Experience with soups and sauces.
- Availability to work weekends, Saturday and Sunday.
