Job Summary:

The EVS Ambassador is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment at Loma Linda University Medical Center. This includes setting up conference rooms, transporting beds to storage areas, and cleaning and sanitizing entrances, lobbies, and patient rooms. Additionally, the EVS Ambassador will clean and sanitize general areas such as stairwells, elevators, and restrooms, and unpack, stock, and deliver linen carts. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of housekeeping experience. They must be able to read, write, and speak English, and be able to safely operate standard equipment required for the position.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize patient rooms and general areas
  • Set up conference rooms and transport beds to storage areas
  • Unpack, stock, and deliver linen carts
  • Distribute and track clean linens to user departments
  • Monitor lobbies and entrances
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least one year of housekeeping experience
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to safely operate standard equipment
