About the Role

Choices CCS is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Family Preservation Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will provide evidence-based therapy services to youth at risk for out-of-home placement and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to youth and families in a community-based setting.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client and family.
  • Collaborate with the Family Preservation Case Manager to coordinate services and ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.
  • Monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision and training to maintain expertise and stay up-to-date on best practices.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related human service field.
  • At least two years of experience providing direct mental health counseling and/or case management services.
  • Indiana license required (Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Independent Practice School Psychologist).
  • Active clinical license, as applicable, per respective professional license board.
  • Active certification in specialized areas of practice and selected evidence-based treatment modalities.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Bi-lingual skills (Spanish) a plus.
