Salary and BenefitsThe Clinical Nurse Practitioner role offers a competitive salary range of $140,000-$150,000 annually, based on licensure and years of experience. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we offer a range of benefits, including:

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a direct care provider for Addiction Treatment services. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, as they will interface daily with patients providing MAT, MMW, and Psychiatric Evaluation/follow-up medication management appointments.
This is a direct care only patient role, with approximately 95% of time spent in direct care patient appointments and 5% spent in care coordination meetings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychiatric medication management, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the addiction treatment field.
The Clinical Nurse Practitioner must be licensed in one or willing to be licensed in one of the following states: CT, IN, OH, KY, NH, VA, RI, MA, ME, GA. Compact state licensure is required. Bilingual Spanish speaking skills are highly preferred but not required.
ResponsibilitiesThe Clinical Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for:
- Completing 60-minute initial and 30-minute follow-up virtual clinical appointments for Psychiatric Evaluations, Psychiatric medication management follow-ups, Medically Managed Withdrawal (MMW), Medication Assisted Treated (MAT), FMLA evaluations, and additional direct care clinical services as requested by leadership
- Reviewing incoming admissions and providing orders for new or returning clients
- Reviewing and signing treatment plans, assessments, admissions/discharge/SOS orders, and letters in Aura as required
- Providing cross coverage for above services across all locations as needed
- Participating in an after-hours and weekend phone call coverage rotation for after-hour admissions review and clinical needs across all locations
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Master's Degree or Doctoral Degree or Active Registered Nursing license and relevant clinical licensure (APRN)
- Unencumbered license to practice and DEA
- Bilingual Spanish speaking skills are highly preferred but not required
- Psychiatric NP (PMHNP) required
