We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance work at client locations, ensuring proper documentation of work performed, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer callouts and field dispatches in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct routine equipment servicing and maintenance out in the field.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment failures to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Install and test new equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety.
  • Provide preventive equipment maintenance to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Maintain equipment stock in the company vehicle to ensure readiness for service calls.
  • Complete job reports and documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Good communication and training skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Physical fitness and ability to work with heavy equipment, at times on ladders and rooftops.
  • Ability to travel and work according to a changing schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working with mechanical and electrical systems preferred.
