Job Summary

The Cook is responsible for preparing and presenting quality food to our guests, ensuring they have a positive experience at our travel centers. This role requires a passion for delivering great customer service and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food to order, using a variety of cooking techniques and ingredients.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve cooking skills and knowledge.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Requirements
  • Previous food service experience is preferred, but not essential.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills are essential.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
