Position Overview:

We're seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist II to join our team in the Operating Room. As a key member of our surgical team, you'll be responsible for providing surgical instruments to the team and coordinating patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accountability for the provision of surgical instruments to the surgical team.
  • Coordinate the care of the surgical patient with other team members.
  • Maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
  • Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Requirements:

  • High-School Diploma or GED required.
  • Non-certified applicants may be considered with acceptable surgical technology experience.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Must understand English both written and spoken.
