Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their shopping experience, providing product knowledge and recommendations to maximize sales opportunities.
- Demonstrate and interact with customers, explaining the operation and functionality of our products and accessories.
- Participate in the ordering process for retail merchandise, searching catalogs and electronic resources for product information.
- Organize and stock merchandise, pack and ship parts, and maintain cleanliness and organization of stock rooms and retail store areas.
- Continuously increase product knowledge to efficiently assist customers and drive sales.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous knowledge of motor vehicles and RVs is essential.
- Previous experience with automated inventory systems is helpful.
