">Job Summary
">We seek an experienced Customer Service Team Lead to direct and coordinate customer service activities for our assigned COE. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
">Responsibilities
">- Manage Customer Service team members, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their duties effectively.">
- Recruit, select, orient, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees as needed.">
- Communicate job expectations, plan, monitor, and review job contributions, enforce policies and procedures, and manage customer service issues.">
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely shipment or pre-billing of aged materials.">
- Provide input for Customer Service Representative performance reviews and manage expedited freight.">
- Solve complex and escalated customer service issues and follow through to resolution.">
- Develop and implement systems and processes improvements that provide best business practices in customer order entry, order pricing, and inventory reporting.">
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you must possess:
">- A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience.">
- Three to five years of related experience in the flexible packaging industry, including inside sales/sales service/customer service experience, marketing experience, pricing background, and sound technical knowledge/ability.">
- Strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.">
- The ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.">
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.">
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AS400 software.">
About Our Benefits
">We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits, 401(k) plans, and tuition reimbursement programs.
