Job Summary

This Forklift Operator position is responsible for safely operating a forklift and other equipment to move materials and products within a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a forklift and other equipment to move materials and products within the warehouse
  • Load and unload trucks, trailers, and other vehicles
  • Manage inventory levels and perform cycle counts
  • Assist with receiving and processing incoming shipments
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve warehouse goals and objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience operating a forklift and other equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Work Environment

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
