About the Role:

As a Phlebotomy Specialist at BioLife Plasma Services, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors. Your primary responsibility will be to screen new and repeat donors, take and record vital signs, and prepare donor charts. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and coordinating donor compensation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Screen new and repeat donors and take and record vital signs
  • Prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate donor compensation and identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
  • Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and occasional lifting of materials up to 32 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
