About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Specialist to join our team. As a Patient Care Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients suffering from end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease. You will work directly with patients, providing safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment, as well as educating them on Kidney Dialysis related topics. Your role will also involve building long-term relationships with patients and their families.

Responsibilities
* Direct patient care: Provide safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment to multiple patients
* Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording stats, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup
* Educate patients on Kidney Dialysis related topics
* Build long-term relationships with patients and their families
* Work under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN)

Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Desire to enter the healthcare field to care for others
* Ability to work long hours (some shifts are 12+ hours) on your feet, wearing comfortable shoes
* Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed
* Health care experience a plus, including BONENT Certified, Certified Hemodialysis Technician (CHT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Phlebotomy certification

About the Compensation
The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
