Job Title: Caregiver - Home Health Aide
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at All Ways Caring HomeCare. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal caregiving services in accordance with an established plan of care
- Assist patients with activities of daily living
- Perform general housekeeping activities
- Provide transportation assistance to and from activities and appointments
- Offer compassionate companionship to patients
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a home-like setting
- Ability to travel between clients as needed
