Construction Supervisor

- Ensures accurate billing by verifying client invoices against project details.
- Oversees employee attendance and manages material coordination sheets from field teams.
- Updates and communicates daily crew schedules to Supervisors within the operating company.
- Handles client job packets, collaborates with permit technicians, and ensures accuracy of Material Releases for specific projects.
- Facilitates the coordination and distribution of client notification letters.
- Organizes locates, locate meetings, and municipal inspector appointments.
- Maintains a systematic document storage and retention system.
- Keeps job scheduling and completion records up to date.
- Researches and addresses inquiries from internal departments regarding billing units, time, and expenses.
- Schedules quality and safety inspections for Operations management.
- Assists in coordinating third-party vendor rentals and repairs for job projects.
- Organizes and schedules inspections and certifications for tools and equipment.
- Coordinates ancillary services on projects with Supervisor support.
- Keeps detailed logs and minutes of communications, discussions, requests, and events for both internal and external clients.
- Provides estimates for time, materials, equipment, and supplies required.
- Assigns crews to tasks and supports operational activities.
- Monitors inventory levels and requests necessary supplies and equipment.
- Identifies hazardous materials prior to work commencement using Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
- Employs a proactive approach to foresee and address potential issues.
- Implements disciplinary actions and coaching for employees.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Able to work in diverse outdoor conditions for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- A minimum of three (3+) years of experience in a construction role is essential.
- Prior experience in crew coordination is advantageous.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Experience with underground utilities is desirable.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Must possess, or be able to obtain, a valid State of Residence Driver's License within two weeks of employment.
- Candidates must successfully pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks, along with a pre-employment drug screening.
