Job Description:
The Registered Nurse at Spear Memorial Hospital plays a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of excellence within our healthcare organization. Key Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse at Spear Memorial Hospital, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care, assessing patient needs, and developing individualized plans of care.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements and hospital policies.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Assuming charge nurse duties as needed, providing leadership and guidance to nursing staff.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A valid Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of New Hampshire.
- BLS certification (adult, child, and infant) and relevant ACLS, PALS, or NRP certifications, depending on the unit assigned.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
